摘要
按照ESC 13工况测试循环,在1台4缸柴油机上进行DOC/POC耦合净化器对柴油机分别燃用欧Ⅲ/欧Ⅳ柴油后污染物净化效果的试验研究。结果表明,燃油油品差异对不装净化器的HC,CO和NOx排放影响极小。耦合净化器对HC和CO的净化率分别达到85%和90%。受油品含硫量影响,耦合净化器对欧Ⅲ柴油PM不起作用,反而会使PM排放增加22.3%,然而对欧Ⅳ柴油的PM可净化45%。综合来看,仍需对该净化器重新设计并优化柴油机燃烧系统才能使该发动机达到国Ⅳ排放标准。
According to the ESC 13-mode test cycle, an experimental study was conducted to investigate the purification effect of inte- grated purifier DOC/POC on the pollutant emissions of a 4-cylinder diesel engine fueled with Euro-Ⅲ/Ⅳ fuels. The results show that the difference in test fuels has little effcet on HC, CO and NOx emissions of the engine without DOC/POC. The purification effects of in- tegrated purifier on HC and CO emissions can reach up to 85% and 90%, respectively, but with little effect on NOx. Influenced by the sulfur content in test fuels, when equiped the integrated purifier, the engine with Euro-Ⅲ fuel shows a 22.3% increase in its PM emis- sions however, 45% decrease of PM emissions with Euro-IV fuel. On the whole, in order to ensure this engine meets China IV-stage e- mission standard, it is necessary to redesign such integrated purifier and optimize the matching parameters of it and the engine.
