摘要
为满足共轨系统日益复杂的控制要求与不断增多的控制设备,以32位单片机MPC5534为平台,采用层次化、模块化的软件开发方法,开发了一种共轨系统新的底层驱动应用程序(API)函数库,使得单片机底层硬件的驱动软件与发动机的控制软件完全独立,并将底层驱动API函数库在发动机台架实验中做了验证,实验结果表明,所开的底层驱动该API函数库稳定可靠,能满足发动机控制需求,且便于移植与维护,提高了软件开发效率。
To meet the complicated control requirements and increased equipment for the common-rail system, this paper develop a new kind of basic software for common-rail system based on 32 bit microehip, MPC5534, adopting the method of hierarchies and modules to develop software, make the basic software and engine control software totally isolate. The basic software is tested by experiment. The results indicate that the basic software API (Application Program Interface) functions are stable and reliable, which can meet the needs of engine control system, and it is convenient to replant and maintain, therefore increase software develop efficiency.
