摘要
利用整车热管理仿真软件KULI,建立了某重型商用车发动机冷却系统一维仿真模型,以冷却系统主要部件的物理参数和性能参数作为边界条件,进行标定工况的计算分析并与试验进行对比,验证了仿真的准确性,对冷却系统部分参数进行匹配,分析了影响该发动机冷却系统的各个因素。
A 1-D simulation model of engine cooling system in a heavy duty commercial vehicle was established with vehicle thermal management software KULI. The physical parameters and performance parameters of main parts in cooling system was used as the boundary condition, and the 1-D simulation of cooling system in rated condition was made. The simulated results and the test data are compared, which confirms the veracity of the simulated results. After the parameters of the cooling system were matched, the factors which influenced the performance of cooling system are analyzed.
