三甲综合医院护士离职意愿与抑郁和焦虑情绪的关系 被引量:7

The relationship between depressive and anxious emotion and turnover intention among nurses from tertiary general hospitals

摘要 目的:探索三甲医院护士离职意愿与其抑郁和焦虑情绪的关系。方法:随机抽取武汉市三家三甲综合医院的384名护士自填完成一般情况问卷、离职意愿问卷、中文版Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)。结果:护士离职意愿的检出率(95%CI)为29.2%(24.6%,33.7%);有离职意愿护士的SDS和SAS评分均显著高于无离职意愿护士(SDS评分:43.7±9.1 vs.39.5±7.8;SAS评分:38.1±8.8 vs.34.7±8.2,P均<0.001);混杂因素分层分析发现各层内有离职意愿护士的SDS和SAS评分也均显著高于无离职意愿护士。结论:护士抑郁焦虑情绪与护士离职意愿产生相关,改善护士的心理健康,可能有助于减少护士的离职意愿。 Objective:To explore the relationship between both depressive and anxious emotion and turnover intention among nurses from tertiary general hospitals. Methods: Three hundred and eighty - four nurses were randomly selected from three tertiary gen- eral hospitals in Wuhan and administered with socio - demographic, turnover intention, Zung's self- rating depression scale (SDS) and self- rating anxiety scale (SAS). Results: The prevalence rate (95% CI) of turnover intention among nurses was 29.2% (24.6%, 33.7% ). Nurses with turnover intention had statistically higher SDS and SAS scores than those of nurses without turnover intention ( SDS : 43.7 ± 9.1 vs. 39.5 ± 7.8 ; SAS : 38.1± 8.8 vs. 34.7 ± 8.2, P 〈 0. 001 ). Stratification analysis by confounding factors revealed consistent results with the overall result. Conclusions: Depression and anxiety emotion are associated with turnover intention for nurses. It might be helpful to reduce turnover intention through improvement the mental health of nurses.
