摘要
通过在大亚湾大鹏澳海域设置生态围隔,人为调控围隔水体中的营养盐(N、P、Si)的含量和组成,开展营养盐对实验海区浮游植物生长以及对叶绿素a和藻细胞密度响应的试验研究。结果表明:氮为生态围隔中的关键性营养盐,硅酸盐含量对浮游植物生长有重要作用;NH4+-N更易被浮游植物吸收利用,PO43--P可以促进浮游植物对NO3--N的吸收;N、P更易促进叶绿素a的生成,而Si更易使藻细胞分裂生长加速。
To study the impact of nutrients on the growth of phytoplankton and the response to the chloro- phyll a and algal cell density, ecological mesocosms were set in Dapeng'ao sea area of the Daya Bay in Sep- tember, 2011, and the concentrations and composition of nutrients (include N, P, Si) in mesocosms were human-controlled. The results showed that nitrogen was the key nutrient in mesocosms, and silicate con- centration played an important role in the growth of phytoplankton; NH+-N was more easily absorbed by phytoplankton, and PO3-4-P could encourage absorbing of NO-3-N; N, P were more likely to promote the formation of chlorophyll a, while Si was easier to accelerate algal cell division.
