P53在星形细胞瘤中的表达

Expression of P53 in Astrocytomas

目的：研究Ｐ５３在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级的关系，讨论Ｐ５３在星形细胞瘤预后判断上的价值。方法：ＳＰ免疫组化法对１１０例星形细胞中Ｐ５３的表达进行研究。结果：在星形细胞瘤中，Ｐ５３阳性表达率及其阳性细胞百分率均与病理分级无关。结论：Ｐ５３基因突变是星形细胞瘤发生发展过程的不同阶段中的一种相对独立的基因改变，Ｐ５３蛋白的积聚在该肿瘤预后判断上的价值尚难肯定。

Aim:To examine the relationship between immuno-histochemical expression of P53 in astrocytoma and astrocy- toma with pathological grade, to discuss the value of P53 in astrocytoma prognosis estimation. Method: ASP immunohis- tochemical staining technique was undertaken for detecting the expression of P53 in 110 astrocytomas with 133 various patho- logical areas. Results: Theirpercents of P53-positive expression and of P53-positive expression cells were not correlated sig- nificantly with pathological grade in astrocytomas.Coclusion:The mutation of P53 gene was a relatively independent gene change in different stages of astrocytoma evolvement.The value of accumulation of P53 in astrocytoma prognosis extimation was not confirmed.
