摘要
研究了以愈创木酚为起始原料、经硼酸酯化后再与多聚甲醛进行羟甲基化合成2-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醇的方法,探讨了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等反应条件对反应的影响。研究表明,该合成方法具有原料价廉易得、合成操作简便、产品纯度高等优点,具有一定的工业化前景。产物结构经核磁共振确认,HPLC测定产品纯度达到99.2%。
The synthesis of 2-hydroxyl-3-methoxybenzyl alcohol with guaiacol as the starting material through esterification reaction with boric acid and subsequent hydroxymethylation reaction with paraform- aldehyde was investigated in this paper. The influence of the raw material ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the reaction conditions was studied. The results showed that the methodology has the ad- vantages of cheap raw materials, convenient operation and high purity of product (99. 2% determined by HPLC). The structure of the product was characterized by 1H NMR.
