摘要 压力容器在化工、制药、食品等众多行业广泛使用,在实际应用中压力容器受到如地震、风载、震动等多种管系载荷作用,从而发生灾害性事故。为了保证压力容器的安全,需要对圆柱壳接管进行局部应力分析。针对此类问题,采用C#结合ANSYS的参数化设计语言(APDL),对ANSYS进行二次开发,开发出多种管系载荷作用下圆柱壳接管局部应力分析软件,功能完善、界面友好。结果表明:用户能够快速准确地实现对在多种管系载荷作用下圆柱壳接管的局部应力分析,将局部应力分析的时间缩短为不到3min,提高了工程应用效率,降低了成本,并为工程应用中复杂的局部应力分析问题提供了新的思路。 Pressure vessel can be widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry and other industries, but in fact pressure vessel is loaded with no many kinds of pipe loads such as earth- quake, wind load, vibration and so on, that catastrophic accidents happen increasingly. In order to en- sure the safety of pressure vessel, the local stress of cylindrical shell with nozzle must be calculated. With the help of C sharp combined with APDL for secondary development of ANSYS, a local stress analysis software suitable for cylindrical shell with nozzle under internal pressure and multiple pipe loads is devel- oped and the user interface is perfect and friendly. It is helpful for users to carry out the local stress analy- sis of cylindrical shell with nozzle subjected to external nozzle loads much faster, and the analysis time is less than 3min, the engineering application efficiency is much higher, the cost is still less. Some new de- sign ideas for complicated local stress analysis can also he provided in engineering application.
