带绊纽扣钢板与锁骨钩钢板在肩锁关节脱位治疗中的效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对比观察带绊纽扣钢板与锁骨钩钢板在肩锁关节脱位治疗中的效果。方法 :肩锁关节脱位40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。(1)观察组采用带绊纽扣钢板(Endobutton钢板)法:采用佩刀式切口横向切开三角肌及斜方肌充分暴露肩锁关节,清除关节盘保留肩锁韧带。纤维合线环绕纽扣钢板拉紧并打结后复位肩锁关节。(2)对照组为锁骨钩钢板法:将锁骨钩钢板的板体部位紧紧的贴于锁骨的远端,将钩端于肩峰的后下方处插入。螺钉将锁骨钩钢板固定。结果:术后均经半年随访,观察组优良17例(85.0%),对照组优良11例(55.0%),优良率两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Endobutton钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的整体疗效显著好于锁骨钩钢板。
