摘要
目的研究无创呼吸机新型供氧管道的制作,以及临床上的应用。方法选取2009年10月—2011年10月来该院进行治疗200例慢性阻塞性肺病患者,按照1:1的比例将他们分为实验组(A组)与对照组(B组),实验组(A组)进行无创呼吸机新型供氧管道为患者供氧,对照组(B组)进行普通吸氧管为患者供氧。仔细观测这两组患者的管道供氧效果、供氧管道的折叠率以及脱管率。结果实验组(A组)进行无创呼吸机新型供氧管道的打折、脱管以及扭曲上的发生率比较低,无创呼吸机新型供氧管道相比普通吸氧管道供氧,能够取得更好的效果,两者之间的差异具有统计学上意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机新型供氧管道的制作简便,操作简单、安全,安全性能高,同时和具有实用性,非常值得临床推广应用。
Objective This paper studies new oxygen pipe production of the clinical application. Methods Selected 200 cases Of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients between October 2009 and October 2011 in our hospital, according to the proportion of hi, they were divided into experimental group (group A)and control group (group B), the experimental group (group A )were provided with new oxygen pipe of noninvasive ventilator to oxygen supply, control group ( group B) wer~ common oxygen tube for patients with oxygen. Carefully observed the pipeline oxygen effect, oxygen pipeline folding rate and taking off the ~ub~ rate in the two groups. Results Compared to common oxygen pipeline oxygen, the experimental group (group A)with new oxygen pipeline at a low rate on folding, taking off and warping the tube, which can achieve better effect, The difference between them is statistieally significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion New oxygen pipe oroduction of the noninvasive production is easily to produce, operate, with a high safoty coefficient and worthy of clinical application.
