硝本地平联合贝那普利治疗老年高血压临床疗效

目的对老年高血压患者的临床治疗方案进行分析和探讨。方法选取2010年3月—2012年12月期间,在该院接受治疗的160例老年高血压患者,其中90例为男性,70例为女性,年龄为60～79岁,平均年龄(61.2±12.8)岁。给予其硝本地平联合贝那普利治疗,并对其临床情况进行分析。结果治疗后1个月内,总有效率为73.8%,治疗后2个月的总有效率为85%。治疗后1个月和2个月时患者血压出现了显著的降低(P<0.05)。少量患者于药物增量时出现不良反应,当降低药物剂量时症状自动消失。结论硝本地平联合贝那普利在治疗老年高血压方面具有良好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。
