Analysis and Discussion of Township Hospitals’ Inpatient Medical records Quality

在市卫生局行政部门组织下,2012年间分批对本地区22所乡镇卫生院440份出院病历进行了评审,结果表明本地区乡镇医院病历质量差,具有严重安全隐患和诉讼败诉风险。本文旨在分析病历缺陷原因,提出针对性措施,促进乡镇卫生院医疗质量逐步提高。

Reviewed 440 inpatient medical records of 22 township hospitals in batches in Suining district, under the organizing of the administrative department of munieipal health bureau in 2012. The result shows that the medical records quality of these township hospitals was poor, and the poor quality possessed serious potential security risk which may lead to losing lawsuits. This article aims to analyze the causations of medical record defects, and put forward corresponding measures which may promote the township hospitals medical quality gradually improve.
