摘要
随着医学技术的发展,临床药理学也在迅速的发展,目前对临床药理学的发展成人的较多,但是涉及儿童方面的较少。儿科作为临床药理学重要的组成部分,其主要是生长发育对药物内置和药物药理作用及治疗效果的影响。为了促进我国儿科临床药理学的发展,本文主要结合国内外相关的研究成果及相关的文献对儿科临床药理学的特点以及临床研究现状进行详细的总结,以能够为儿科临床药理学的研究和发展提供帮助。
