摘要
目的 研究白细胞表面分化抗原 (CD) 34在急性白血病中的表达情况 ,探讨CD34与白血病的关系。方法 采用间接免疫荧光技术对 118例初诊为急性白血病患者的骨髓标本进行细胞免疫学表型分析。结果 急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)、急性髓细胞性白血病 (AML)、急性杂合细胞白血病 (HAL)、急性未分化细胞白血病 (AUL)中高表达CD34抗原的病例分别为 45 .8% (2 2 / 48)、37.5 %(18/ 48)、6 0 .0 % (12 / 2 0 )和 10 0 .0 % (2 / 2 )。CD34阳性细胞 (CD34+)在各型白血病骨髓中的数量 ,以CD34+细胞数占单个核细胞百分率计 :ALL中 ,B ALL、T ALL和T/B ALL组分别为 30 .7%、11.0 %和16 .0 % ;AML中 ,M0 亚型组为 41.2 % ,M1~M5亚型组为 2 4.3% ;HAL和AUL分别为 43.0 %、35 .0 %。结论CD34与急性白血病的发生密切相关 ,不同亚型之间CD34高表达发生率和CD34+细胞数有很大差异。未分化的AUL、低分化的M0 及细胞表型紊乱的HAL的CD34+细胞数高于分化明确的白血病。
Objective To investigate the CD34 antigen expression during the development of acute leukemia was detected and the association between acute leukemia and CD34 antigen.Methods The CD34 expression of 118 acute leukemia patients with indirect immunological fluorescence was detected.Results The CD34 antigen high expression percentage for ALL was 45.8%(22/48), for AML is 37.5%(18/48); for HAL 60.0%(12/20), for AUL,100.0%(2/2). The CD34 + cells average values of different kinds of acute leukemia and their subtypes were: B ALL,30.7%;T ALL,11.0%;T/B ALL,16.0%;M 0,41.2%;M 1~M 5,24.3%;HAL,43.0%;AUL,35.0%,respectively.Conclusions The CD34 antigen was high expression, and CD34 + cells percentage is different among all kinds of acute leukemia. The CD34 positive values of AUL, Mo and HAL with non differentiation,low differentiation or cytoimmunological phenotype disorder are higher than those of other kinds of leukemia. CD34 antigen high expression is strongly associated with leukemogenesis of acute leukemia.
