简阳大耳山羊粪尿重金属测定

摘要 分析简阳大耳山羊不同年龄性别组粪尿重金属含量的变化规律,为评价饲养管理水平,粪污处理,避免重金属污染等提供参考.试验山羊按年龄、性别分为A,B,C和D四个组,采用ICP-OES 6300 Radial测定汞、镉、铅、铬、钡、砷6个元素.结果显示,简阳大耳山羊粪尿中所测6种重金属含量未超过国家标准;幼山羊粪尿重金属铬、钡、铅、汞、砷含量均显著高于成年羊(P<0.05);公山羊与母山羊尿液中重金属量对比,铬、钡、铅、砷前者均显著高于后(P<0.05),但汞含量前者极显著低后者(P<0.01).结论:简阳大耳山羊不同年龄、性别粪、尿中重金属含量具有较大差异. In order to Raise management level to reduce heavy metal of feces pollution and confecting efficient formula feed, this paper Analyses fecaluria nutrient contents changes of Jianyang Big-eared Goats in different age and gender groups. Test groups are divided into A, B, C and D groups by age and gender, and ICP-OES 6300 radial instrument is adopt to measure heavy metals, mercury, cadmium, lead, chromium, arsenic, barium. The results show that the measurement of 6 kinds of heavy metals' contents does not exceed the national standards. The contents of heavy metals, chromium, lead, mercury, arsenic, barium in 1 year old group are higher than those of 3 years old group (P〈0.05), the contents of chromium, lead, arsenic, barium in male group are higher than those of female group. But the mercury contents of the former are significantly low in the latter. As a conclusion, there are greater differences in different age and gender for the heavy metal contents of Jianyang Big-eared Goat.
