中美大学办学理念比较与地方大学建设思考

摘要 在深入分析20余所美国大学办学理念的基础上,全面总结、概括美国大学的"坚守自身的办学理念,专注发展优势学科;坚持本科教育,以学生为中心的理念根深蒂固;坚持学术性,学术自由、知识创新与服务社会并重"等办学特点。提出了"准确、科学定位,长期坚持办学理念给学校一个发展远景;坚持科教结合,培养创新型人才;探索基于建大学就是建环境的管理新理念"的地方大学建设思考。 On the basis of deep analyses of the management theories of more than 20 American universities,this article offers a comprehensive summary and generalization of the features "to uphold unique management theories,concentrating on the development of preponderant disciplines;stick to undergraduate education with the deep-rooted student-centered concept;adhere to technicality with equal stress on academic freedom,knowledge innovation and social service." It proposes such constructive considerations of "accurate and scientific positioning with longlasting adherence to developing vision as supplied in the management theory;insisting on the combination between science and education so to cultivate innovative talents;exploring the new management theory that the construction of the university is that of its environment."
