河池市矿产资源可持续利用与生态环境保护

Sustainable Utilization of Mineral Resources and Conservation Strategies of Ecological Environment in Hechi Region

广西河池是中国有色金属之乡,矿产资源开发已具备一定的基础,但仍面临资源枯竭、浪费严重、环境污染、事故频发等诸多问题。针对河池市矿产资源开发利用及生态环境保护存在的问题,在理论分析和成因梳理的基础上,提出了转变观念、科学布局、合理准入、科技创新、节能减排、理顺关系、标本兼治、生态修复、永续发展等促进矿产资源可持续利用及生态环境保护的若干建议。

Hechi of Guangxi is known as the hometown of nonferrous metals in China. It has some basis for mineral resources exploitation, but it still faces with many problems, such as resource depletion, serious waste, en- vironmental pollution, frequent accidents, etc. In order to promote the sustainable utilization of mineral resources and ecological environment protection in Hechi region, based on the theoretical analysis and causes comb for the practical problems of the region, the author propose some suggestions as follows ： changing concepts, scientific lay- out, reasonable access, scientific and technological innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, rationalize the relationship, tackling the problem, ecological restoration, sustainable development, etc
