基于GE Rx3i PLC生产过程控制技术实训装置设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of Production Process Controlling and Practical Training Equipment Based on GE Rx3i PLC

针对自动化专业的学生,结合高校实训要求,制作了符合工业生产实际的过程控制实训装置,系统主要有控制柜和控制对象(过程控制实训装置)两大部分组成。选用美国通用电气的GE Rx3i PLC和IFIX组态软件实现了过程控制实训装置控制系统的设计,实现了温度、流量、液位、压力4个基本模拟量的实训和触摸屏可选择性监控等功能。这套综合性的实训设备已经在学校投入使用,系统运行稳定、获得了较好的实训效果。

Aiming at Automation majors, combined with the requirement of＇ University practical training, the process controlling and practical training equipment which correspond to practical process of industrial production has been made. The system consists of two main parts - control cabinet and controlled member （via process controlling and practical training equipment）. The design of process controlling and practical training equipment is realized by GE Rx3i PLC and IFIX configuration software. And training and touch screen selectivity＇s function of monitoring temperature, flow, liquid level and press is achieved. This multi - functional training equipment has already came into service. The system runs steadily and its training effect is satisfying.
