我院是一家综合性三甲医院,具有多个学科住院医师培训基地的资格。住院医师数量多、学历较高。科教部作为住院医师规范化培训管理的主要部门,协调医院各部门。依据住院医师特点制定个性化的培训方案,顺畅的培训流程,严格的考核,信息化的手段以及在实践中不断发现并解决问题,保证培训顺利开展和培训质量。

Our hospital is a comprehensive hospital with the qualification of residency training base in multiple disciplines. There are many residents with a higher degree working in our hospital.
