摘要
文章结合教育心理学和组织行为学有关理论,探讨临床实践能力测评中的"评价者效应"及其对策。对"评价者效应"在医学临床实践教学相关测评中的具体表现进行了细致的分析和阐述,探讨了如何在测评中实施有效的干预,降低"评价者效应",提高医学教育中临床实践技能测评的信度。
To investigate the "evaluator effect" in the evaluation of clinical ability, this article, based on the theories of educational psychology and organizational behavior, makes a detail analysis on the ? concrete representations of "evaluator effect" in the evaluation of clinical ability in medical education, and explores how to execute an effective intervention to reduce the factor of "evaluator effect" and increase the credibility of evaluation of clinical ability in medical education.
