目的 :探索小切口胆囊切除术的可行性、实用性、安全性。方法 :回顾性分析 3年来 2 46例小切口胆囊切除术的经过及疗效。结果 :2 46例小切口胆囊切除术后无出血及肝外胆管损伤等并发症 ,手术时间短 ,术后恢复快。结论 :小切口胆囊切除术在具备必要的条件下 ,是安全可靠的 ,微创效果明显。

Objectives: To explore the availability ,practicty and safety of the minicholecystectomy.Methods: To analyse retrospectively the process and curative effect of the mini cholecystectomy in 246 cases for the past three years. Results: There were not any complications such as bleeding , the lesion of the extrahepatic bile duct and so on after the minilaparotomy cholecystectomy.The operation took a short time,and the patients recovered fast after the operation. Conclusions :The minicholecystectomy is safe and reliable under the necessary conditions. The effect of mini- invasive surgery is obvious.
