摘要
以400名大学生为研究对象,运用实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对慢跑与大学生身体自尊水平的关系进行了研究.结果表明:慢跑练习能提高大学生的身体自尊水平,且对女生的效果优于男生,在运动技能、身体状况、身体吸引力、身体素质4个因子中,只有运动技能在实验前后差异不显著.
With 400 university students as research physical self-esteem of university students is carried statistics. The results university students and show that the jogging the effect on females is objects, a study of the relevance of jogging to out by means of experiments, questionnaires and exercise raises the physical self-esteem level of greater than that on males. Among the four aspects of SC, PC, AB and PE, all except SC yield marked differences before and after the experiments.
