摘要
论述了纱团的特点,阐述了原先下料的特征。运用Pro/E软件对原有纱团工件的下料工艺进行了自动化仿真设计,利用软件的强大功能进行了优化设计,缩短了设计周期并大大提高了设计的正确性。通过实际论证,明显提高了纱团的下料效率。
The paper discusses the characteristics of the yarn group, elaborates the original feeding characteristics. Using the Pro/E software we can see the automated simulation design of the original yarn group feeding process in this paper, and using the powerful functionality of the software has been optimized to shorten the design cycle and significantly improve the correctness of the design. Through practical demonstration, significantly improve the efficiency of the feeding of the yarn group.
