彩色多普勒超声对窒息新生儿脑血流动力学的观察

The observation of Cerebrovascular Hemodynamics of Asphyctic Neonate by Doppler Ultrasonic Examination

目的 :为探讨窒息新生儿脑血流动力学的变化 ,应用彩色多普勒超声对 49例患儿进行脑血流动力学的观察。方法 :对 49例窒息新生儿的大脑前动脉血流参数进行检测 ,并与 2 0例健康新生儿进行对照。结果 :出生后 48小时内 ,窒息儿大脑前动脉收缩期、舒张末期 ,平均血流速度均下降 ,其中以舒张末期血流速度下降为明显 ,与对照组有显著差异 ,(P <0 0 1)。脑血管阻力指数升高 ,与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :对窒息儿脑血流动力学的观察 。

Objective To study the change of cerebrovascular hemodynamics of asphyctic neonate Method Parameters of the blood flow of arteria cerebri anterior of 49 neonates were examined and compared with that of the control group Results the systolic,enddiastolic and mean blood flow velocity of arteria cerebri anterior descended significantly within postnatal 48h( P< 0 01)in comparison with the control group,Conelusion the observatiom of hemodynamics of asphyctic neonates will be in faviour of the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral injury of asphyctic neonates
