基于科技创新的大学产业园创新文化及其构建

Innovative Culture and Its Construction in the Technology-Based University Industrial Park

文化对科技创新具有重要作用,大学产业园作为加强知识创新与产业化相结合的新型社会服务平台,能否建立起创新文化,是实现其所肩负的创新使命的关键。本文在分析创新文化内涵的基础上,指出我国大学产业园构建创新文化的必要性和紧迫性,并提出了构建大学产业园创新文化的基本路径。

Culture plays an important role in science and technology innovation. The construction of innovative culture in the university industrial park, which serves as a new type of social service platform to strengthen knowledge innovation with industrialization, is the key to fulfill the task of innovation. The thesis points out the necessity and urgency of the construction of innovative culture in the university industrial park in China. On the basis of analytical research on the contents of its culture, the thesis puts forward basic principles and approaches to construct innovative culture in the university industrial park.
