合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区纠纷解决机制创新研究——基于沟通、协调与合意的视角

Dispute Settlement Mechanism in the Independent Innovation Comprehensive Test Area of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu—Based on Perspective of Communication,Coordination and Agreement

随着主体利益的多元化和社会矛盾的日益凸显,纠纷解决机制的创新刻不容缓。然而,目前我国纠纷解决机制存在诸多问题,还不能有效地化解社会矛盾。本文根据"合芜蚌自主创新综合实验区"的条件和优势,在其原有经验的基础上,进一步探索纠纷解决机制创新的可行性路径,以期对该实验区化解矛盾和纠纷有所启示。

As the diversification of the main interests and social contradictions grows, the innovation of dispute settlement mechanism is pressing. But there are many problems in this mechanism of China, which cannot resolve social confhcts effectively. This article, based on the situation and advantages of the Independent Innovation Comprehensive Test Area of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu, explores the feasibility of this innovation process, and expects for the revelation of dispute resolving in this area.
