社会转型期高校危机事件时有发生,而且种类繁多,诱因复杂,给学生及校园的安全稳定带来较大的隐患。辅导员的危机处理能力直接决定了危机的发展走向和学生的安危,它包括认识和预防危机的能力,控制和化解危机的能力,危机善后的能力。提高辅导员的危机处理能力既是辅导员自身的要求,也是高等教育与时代的要求,学校与社会都要积极提供保障支持系统。

Abstract： During the period of society transition, a wide range of university crises which have various complex incentives occur frequently, bringing great risks to the security and stability of students and campus. The crisis management capability of university instructors directly determines the trend of the development of crisis and the safety of students. It involves the ability to recognize and prevents the crisis, the ability to control and defuse the crisis, and the ability to tackle the aftermath of the crisis. To improve the university instructor＇ s capability of crisis management is not only their own requirement but also the requirements of tertiary education and the times. It is advised that universities and society should actively provide a security support system.
