摘要
农村教师队伍的素质关系到我国教育发展的大计,而目前农村教师培训系统中所出现的种种问题严重地阻碍了教师教育专业水平的提高。本文详尽分析了农村教师培训中的多种弊端,提出了以校本培训为核心、高校积极参与的教师培训模式。
The quality of teachers in rural areas is related to China' s education development plan; however, the problems arising from the rural teacher training system have become a serious obstacle for the level of teacher education. In this paper, detailed analysis on the various disadvantages of teacher training in rural areas is presented, and based on the core of the school-based training, the active university participation in teacher training model is put forward.
