The dysfunction of glutamatergic system and post-stroke depression

摘要 近年来,大量研究表明谷氨酸能系统障碍可能与卒中后抑郁(PSD)的发病机制密切相关。本文主要从外周血小板功能障碍、海马神经元再生及重塑障碍两方面阐述谷氨酸能系统障碍在PSD病理生理机制中发挥的作用。 In recent years ,a number of studies indicate that the dysfunction of glutamatergic system may be closely associated with the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression (PSD) .This paper describes the roles of glutamatergic system played in the pathophysiological mechanism of PSD mainly from two aspects as follows : the altered peripheral platelet functions and the dysfunction of neuronal regeneration and remodelling in the hippocampus.
