摘要 至2013年4月23日,新型H7N9亚型的禽流感病毒已经在中国感染了108人,并致22人死亡。科学家发现甲型禽流感病毒H7N9源自3种病毒株的重配,并出现了实质性的突变。H7N9病毒拥有几个哺乳动物流感病毒的特征,从而形成了对人类的感染力,因此需重视其大规模流行的潜力。本文对该病毒的生物学特性、流行病学、临床表现和实验室诊断进行了简要综述。 Novel avian influenza virus of the H7N9 subtype has infected 108 and killed 21 people in China as of April 23, 2013. Scientists have found that the influenza A (H7N9) virus was derived from a reassortment of 3 strains of AIV, and substantial mutations have been detected. These influenza A (H7N9) virus possess several characteristic features of mammalian influenza viruses, which are likely to contribute to their ability to infect humans and raise concerns regarding their pandemic potential. This paper briefly reviews recent progress in the biological characterization, epidemiology, clinical manifestation and laboratory diagno- sis of this highly virulent virus.
