摘要 目的通过观察分子吸附再循环(MARS)人工肝支持系统治疗肝衰竭患者细胞因子的水平变化,探讨其在人工肝在肝衰竭治疗中的临床意义。方法对87例肝衰竭病人进行MARS治疗,分别在MARS治疗前后用放免法测定血清TNFα、IL-1β、IL-2,IL-6,IL-8的浓度水平,比较它们在治疗前后的变化。结果 87例肝衰竭病人体内细胞因子水平TNFα,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8在人工肝治疗后显著下降(P<0.05),ⅠL-2显著上升(P<0.05)。结论 MARS人工肝治疗肝衰竭病人前、后细胞因子水平有明显变化,有助于改善患者预后,是人工肝疗效的良好评价指标。 Objective To observe the cytokine level changes in liver failure patients who were treated with molecular adsor- bent recirculating system (MARS), and explore its significance to liver failure treatment. Methods A total of 87 cases of liver failure patients were treated with MARS. The serum TNF-ct, IL-Iβ, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 concentrations were measured by ra- dioimmunoassay before and after MARS treatment separately, and then their changes were compared. Results The serum TNF-ot, IL-I[3, IL-6 and IL-8 concentrations decreased significantly, and IL-2 concentration increased significandy in all 87 cases after MARS treatment (P values 〈0.05). Conclusions The levels of cytokines change significantly when the liver failure patients are treated by MARS. The changes can improve the prognosis and can be used as a good evaluation indicator of liver failure patients treated with MARS.
