实现价值理论、分配理论和分配制度的“三统一”——关于完善我国分配制度的一些思考

深入研究马克思主义的价值理论、分配理论和分配制度改革,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。社会主义分配理论应该发展创新,应该建立在发展了的劳动价值论和剩余价值论的基础之上,由此建立按劳分配、按生产要素分配、按基本需要分配三结合的分配理论和分配制度,实现价值理论、分配理论和分配制度的"三统一"。应该把分配理论和分配制度落实到分配实践中;把按劳分配的主体地位落实到工资福利制度中;把多种分配方式落实到多种分配制度中;同时要改革和完善与收入分配相关的一系列具体制度。

An in-depth study of Marx＇s value theory, distribution theory and the reform of the distribution system are of great theoretical and practical significance. Socialist distribution theory should be developed. A distribution theory and system should be formed according to labor, productive factors and basic needs on the foundation of developed labor value theory and surplus value theory so as to achieve the unity of value theory, distribution theory and distribution system. A series of concrete systems should be reformed and improved by putting the distribution theory and system into practice and taking other effective measures.
