摘要
α-SYN是第一个被鉴定的帕金森病(Parkinson`s disease,PD)致病基因。其蛋白α-Synuclein主要存在于PD病人的神经元胞质内包涵体———路易小体(Lewy bodies,LBs)中;而14-3-3蛋白在真核细胞的信号转导中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文综述了14-3-3蛋白与α-Synuclein相互作用的研究进展,并推测14-3-3蛋白在α-synuclein的磷酸化过程中扮演着重要的角色。
α-SYN was identified as the first gene of Parkinson's disease, α-Synuclein mainly in Lewy bodies, which are abnormal aggregates(cytoplasmic inclusions) of protein that develop inside nerve cells in PD. 14-3-3 protein plays a common role in eukaryotic signal transduction. This article reviews the research on the relationship between 14-3-3 and α-Synuclein, and assumes that 14-3-3 plays an important role in α-Synuclein phosphorylation.
