妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果分析

The Result Analyze of Climacteric Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Marvelon

目的探讨妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法分析该院围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组(常规治疗组)30例和观察组(妈富隆治疗组)60例。结果观察组临床疗效、FSH、LH、E2均明显优于对照组,同时观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach the result of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Marvelon. Methods To analyze cli- macteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group （routine treatment group） 30 cases and detection group（Marvelon treatment group） 60 cases. Results The clinical efficacy,FSH,LH,E2 of detection group were better than control group, then incidence of adverse reactions of detection group were lower than control group,P〈0.05, the differ- ence were statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of curing climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Mar- velon was obviously, fewer adverse reactions, which was to be used.
