老年患者腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery in Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜手术在治疗老年结直肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取该院收治的老年结直肠癌患者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组行传统开腹手术治疗,治疗组行腹腔镜手术治疗,通过比较两组患者术中出血量、下床活动时间、肠功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间、手术并发症发生率等指标来评价临床疗效。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组在术中出血量、下床活动时间、肠功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间等方面均有显著性改善(P<0.05),手术并发症发生率也有改进。结论腹腔镜手术在治疗老年结直肠癌患者的临床疗效确切,创伤小,恢复快,值得在临床老年患者中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Select the elderly patients with colorectal cancer 72 cases in our hospital, divided into a treatment group and a control group ran- domly. The control group with traditional open surgery, and the treatment group with laparoscopic surgery. To evaluate the clinical efficacy by comparing two groups of patients with blood loss, ambulation time, intestinal function recovery time, anal exhaust time. Results Compared with the control group, the blood loss, ambulation time, intestinal function recovery time, anal exhaust time of treatment group had a significant improvement （P〈0.05）, and surgical complication rate had a improvement. Conclusion The clini- cal efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients with colorectal cancer is exactly, less trauma, and recovery quickly, worthly to promote the use of laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients.
