摘要
目的探讨不同类型的钢板在桡骨远端不稳定性骨折治疗中的作用和临床价值。方法将该院2010年1月—2012年1月治疗的56例患有桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的患者随机分为治疗组(28)和对照组(28),治疗组选用锁定钢板治疗,对照组采用普通T型钢板治疗,比较两组患者的关节功能、治疗后的关节恢复以及并发症情况。结果治疗组优秀15例,良好10例,优良率达到89.8%,对照组优良率为71.6%,治疗组患者主料后的掌倾角、尺偏角优于对照组,且并发症明显少于对照组(P<O.O5)。结论锁定钢板在治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折疗效比T型钢板好,能够显著维持骨折的复位,腕关节治疗效果良好,治疗后并发症较少。
Objective Explore different types of steel plate in the distal radius in the treatment of unstable fractures role and clini- cal value. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012, 56 patients with treatment of distal radius unstable fracture of the patients were randomly divided into a treatment group （28） and the control group （28）, the treatment group selected locking plate for treatment controlgroup using ordinary T-plate in the treatment of joint function of the two groups were compared, the joint recovery and complications after treatment. Results Excellent treatment group 15 cases, good in 10 cases, good rate of 89.8%, ex- cellent control group was 71.6%, better than the control group after the main ingredient of the patients treated with volar tilt, ulnar deviation, and complications was significantly less than that of the controlgroup. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Locking plate in the treat- ment of unstable distal radial fractures than the T-plate, can significantly maintain fracture reduction, the therapeutic effect of the wrist is good, fewer complications after treatment
