摘要
目的探讨研究二甲双胍治疗社区2型糖尿病的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2011年11月—2012年12月间确诊的并在社区观察治疗的2型糖尿病患者97例,回顾性分析器临床资料,所有患者均使用二甲双胍治疗,疗程为6个月。在治疗前、治疗的1、3、6个月后分别检测并记录患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、乳酸、胰岛素、血脂的水平。结果使用二甲双胍后患者的血糖在治疗期间得到了有效的控制。二甲双胍对于2型糖尿病患者的血脂具有较好的控制作用。结论二甲双胍对社区老年2型糖尿病有较好的降低餐后血糖、调节血脂的作用并且有较低的副作用,因此在治疗社区2型糖尿病上选用二甲双胍可在疗程上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of the Community type 2 diabetes metformin. Methods November 2011 to December 2012 diagnosed with the community observed therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes 97 cases retrospectively Analyzer clinical data, all patients using metformin therapy treatment for six months. 1,3,6 months after treat- ment before treatment were detected and record the patient＇s blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, lactate, insulin, blood lipid levels. Results The use of metformin in patients with blood glucose during treatment has been effectively controlled. Mefformin for the lipid profile of patients with type 2 diabetes have better control. Conclusion Mefformin community elderly type 2 diabetic low- er postprandial blood sugar, regulate blood lipids and lower side effects of mefformin treatment on popularization and application of choice in the treatment of type 2 diabetic.
