尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的短期临床疗效观察

Short Time Therapeutic Effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察尤瑞克林治疗急性大面积脑梗死患者的短期临床疗效。方法采用尤瑞克林静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死患者80例,使用脑卒中评分量表(NIHSS)评定15d后临床神经功能缺损,分析其与同期未应用尤瑞克林治疗的对照组之间临床疗效有无差异。结果急性脑梗死患者经过尤瑞克林治疗后患者临床症状、NIHSS评分明显改善(P<0.05),临床有效率更高(P<0.01)。结论尤瑞克林治疗急性期脑梗死的患者在临床上安全,有效,值得广泛推广。

Objective To observe the short time clinical curative effect and safety of urinary kallidinogenase in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into urinary kallidinogenase obser- vation group and control group. Both groups were given cerebral nerve nutric e utical and antiplatelet routine treatment.Urinary kallidinogenase was additionally given to the observation group.The degree of neu r ologic impairment of the two groups was ob- served and evaluated NIHSS before treatment and after treatment of 15 days（P^0.05 or P〈0.01）. Results The nerve functional re- covery of the observat ion group obviously surpassed that of the control group.There was statistical significance of total effective rate and the NIHSS score between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urinary kallidinog enase could effectually promote the re- covey of neurologic impair merit symptom,degrade the fatality rate and mutilation rate,and it is safe and has less adverse effect.
