摘要
目的对孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果进行研究探讨。方法抽取92例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组46例。分别采用布地奈德和采用布地奈德与孟鲁司特钠联合进行治疗。结果治疗组患治疗效果优于对照组;症状缓解和消失时间短于对照组;复发率低于对照组;均未出现不良反应。结论应用孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果明显。
Objective To montelukast sodium in treatment of children with cough variant asthma effect research. Methods A total of 92 cases of cough variant asthma in children, will be divided into control group and treatment group, 46 cases in each group the average. Using budesonide and Pulmicort combined with montelukast sodium treatment. Results The treatment group patients than the control group treatment; symptom remission and disappearance time shorter than the control group; recurrence rate was lower than that of control group; there were no adverse reaction. Conclusion The application of montelukast sodium in treatment of chil- dren with cough variant asthma effect is obvious.
