摘要
紫花苜蓿是一种种植广泛的优质豆科牧草,含有丰富的蛋白质和矿物质。文章主要对影响苜蓿营养价值的因素以及提高其营养价值的方法作以综述。
Alfalfa is a kind of high quality leguminous forage, which is widely planted in China and abroad. Alfalfa is rich in protein, minerals and so on. Different factors which affect the nutritive value of alfalfa and methods to improve nutritive value of alfalfa were summarized in this paper.
