摘要 甜菜碱作为一种新型饲料添加剂已广泛应用于养殖业中,能改善动物生产性能,替代部分蛋氨酸及胆碱,降低料肉比,促进生长,分解脂肪,提高抗球虫疗效等。文章就甜菜碱理化特性、生理作用及其在家禽生产上的应用作以简述。 Betaine is widely used in animal diets as a new type of feed addictive, markedly increase production effect, partly replace methionine and choline, lower FCR, improve growth rate, distribute fat, increase anticoccidio- sis effect. The physicochemical properties, physiological function effect of betaine and its application in poultry pro-duction was reviewed in this artical.
