摘要:通过理论分析电化学阻抗谱Bode图特征,提出以其高频区阻抗模值的变化率为切入点,提取涂层防护效能系数灿的方法,并对车辆装备灰色有机复合涂层的防护性能进行评价,验证特征参数的有效性。研究发现,涂层防护效能系数肛随浸泡时间的变化曲线与低频0.1Hz处的阻抗模值、中频10Hz及高频10kHz处的相位角随浸泡时间的变化曲线的变化趋势基本一致。由此得出,有机涂层防护效能系数肛可以用来快速评价有机复合涂层的防护性能,并根据系数肛的值对车辆装备灰色有机复合涂层防护性能状态进行快速评价。
The availability coefficient/x of organic coatings' was extracted on the basis of the change of phase angle at high frequencies by theoretically analyzing the characteristics of Bode in EIS. And the availability coefficient/x then proved to be effective when evaluating the protective performance of grey organic composite coating of vehicle equipment. The results in dicated that the availability coefficient has a good agreement with the impedance module at 0.1 Hz, the phase angle at mid die frequency of 10 Hz and the phase angle at high frequency of 10 kHz respectively. It is concluded that the availability coefficient μ can be used for fast evaluation of organic composite coating in practical application, and then, the performance of the grey organic composite coating of vehicle equipment was fast evaluated by the availability coefficient μ.
