摘要
房地产业的蓬勃发展带动了社会对房地产专业人才的较大需求,但高校房地产专业在教学过程中存在着教学方法单一、学生学习被动、重教学轻实践等问题。在对这些问题深入分析的基础上,从教学方法设计、专业个案分析、加强实践环节等方面,提出了房地产专业教学改进措施。
The vigorous development of real estate industry promotes a great social demand for the professional talents. However, there exist in the teaching process of real estate majors simple teaching method, passive learning on the part of the students, focusing the emphasis on textbook teaching but little stress on practice, and etc. This paper, through a thorough analysis of these problems, put forward some improvement measures for real estate professional teaching in regard to the designation of teaching method, professional case analysis and strengthening practicing processes.
