白内障超声乳化摘出转型期50眼临床分析

Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification for cataract in 50 eyes at transitive phase.

目的 对转型期白内障超声乳化摘出术 5 0眼进行总结。方法 5 0眼白内障作巩膜隧道切口、CCC、弹性法或分而治之法碎核 ,囊袋内植入IOL。结果 术后第 3天裸眼视力≥0 5者 31例 (6 2 % ) ,0 2～ 0 4眼 15眼 (30 % ) ,≤ 0 1者 4眼 (8% ) ,并发症有虹膜损伤、后囊破裂、角膜水肿、前房渗出反应。结论 在转型期术者必须充分认识超声乳化手术的特点 ,选择合适的病例 ,严格规范每一操作步骤 ,不断提高手术技巧 。

Objective To summarize the phacoemulsification of cataract in 50 eyes at transitive phase.Methods The surgery in 50 eyes with cataract was performed by using scleral tunnel incision、CCC、phacoemulsification(spring surgery or divive and conquer) with implantation of a PMMA rigid IOL.Results At postoperative 3 days,the uncorrected visual acuity was≥0 5 in 31 eyes (62%),0.2 to 0.4 in 15 eyes (30%),≤0.1 in 4 eyes (8%).Complications were iridal injury,posterior capsule rupture,corneal edema and exudative reaction in anterior chamber.Conclusion Every operator at transitive phase must understand its features,operation standards and indications fully,and try to improve the operative skills.Only in this way can ECCE be transited to the phacoemulsification smoothly.
