摘要
鉴于目前蓄电池式UPS的电池寿命、维护及成本问题,考虑到电脑横机的实际要求,现代电脑横机基本上采用电容式UPS。针对这种电容式UPS存在的电磁干扰、电能浪费、断电信号的采集变压器体积较大、不利于安装等问题,做了进一步的优化设计,即充电回路和放电回路分开控制。改进后,设备上电时最大充电电流仅1.5 A,功率损耗降低为0.02 W,采用光耦器件进行断电信号的采集可以使功耗控制在1 W以内、体积减小,更便于安装。实践证明,优化设计不仅达到了预期的效果,还提高了电脑横机的整体性能。
In view of the problem of short service life,high cost of maintenance of battery-based USP at present,the computerized flat knitting machine mainly employs the capacitor UPS now.To solve the problems of electromagnetic interference,electrical waste,the large size of transformer of outage signal and inconvenience of installation,the paper introduces some optimal design methods,including charge and discharge circuits controlled individually.The results show that the maximum charging current just reaches 1.5 A;the power loss can reduce to 0.02 W;employment of optocoupler device to collect the outage signal can make the power consumption lower than 1 W,the size reduced and easy to install.The methods mentioned in this paper can achieve the desired result and improve the overall performance of computerized flat knitting machine.
