弹力针织物折痕新探

New Research on Crease of Elastic Knitted Fabric

针对弹力针织物染整加工过程中的折痕问题,以织布、松布、平幅水洗、预定形、染色、成品定形、成品包装整个工艺流程为顺序,依次分析了各个工序可能造成折痕的原因以及克服的办法。最后指出,要减少和克服弹力针织物的折痕问题,必须在整个染整生产过程中做好"松、查、严",即加工过程中尽量减少织物张力,保持松式处理;认真检查原坯质量,并且在生产过程中及时检查,及时发现问题;严格按工艺操作规程办事,严厉扣罚和处理违规操作带来的布面折痕异常。

Elastic knitted fabrics is easy to crease in dyeing and finishing process. The reason of crease caused by fabric preparation, loosening fabric, open width washing, pre-setting, dyeing, finished setting and finished packing are analyzed, the corresponding precautions are introduced. It points out that in order to reduce the crease of elastic knitted fabric, attention should be made to loosening, inspection and strict in the whole dyeing and fin- ishing process, which means： try to lessen the tension of fabrics when they are on machine and adopt loosen work- ing method; do inspection for original fabrics and in the whole process to find problems early; do work according the operation procedure strictly, severely punish those causing fabrics to crease due to violation of operation procedure.
