摘要
结合气流染色技术和溢喷染色技术,采用新的设计结构和原理,开发出了一种气液染色机。其降低了风机的功率消耗,在保留气流染色机优点的同时,解决了气流染色机存在的针织物幅宽变化、分散染料染深性差、水洗不充分、织物易起毛和染敏感色易产生色花的问题。与现有气流染色机相比,在同一使用条件下,气液染色机的水洗效率高,水与蒸汽的消耗量较低,且大幅度降低了耗电量。
Adopting innovative design structures and principles, one kind of gas-liquid dyeing machine is de- veloped based on airflow dyeing technology and overflow jet dyeing technology. This new kind of dyeing machine reduces the power consumption of fans, keeps the advantages of airflow dyeing machine, and solves the shortcom- ings such as easy changes of fabric width, unsatisfactory deep color by disperse dyes, insufficient washing, easy pilling, and dyeing defects sensitive color merging. Meanwhile, it is found that comparing with airflow dyeing ma- chine under the same conditions, the washing efficiency of gas-liquid dyeing machine is higher, the consumption of water and steam are lower, and the electric quantity are decreased dramatically.
