油溶性染料着色法评价织物除油效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中利用油溶性染料2N蓝亲油不亲水的原理,在一定条件下对织物上的油剂进行着色,以此来评价除油效果的差异。在研究过程中,选用氨纶油、白矿油、二甲基硅油和液体石蜡为油剂,分别测试了几种除油剂在锦氨、涤纶、棉、腈纶、黏胶上的除油效果。结果表明:着色法可以获得清晰的油迹沾色图形,操作简单,对除油效果评价准确,需要注意的是,对于白矿油和黏胶纤维,在制备油点时要选用合理的焙烘温度,以保证获得理想的评价效果。 According to the oleophylic and non-hydrophilic principle of oil-soluble dyes, oil drops on fabric can be colored by Blue 2N Dye under certain conditionsin in order to evaluate the effect of oil removal. Spandex oil, white mineral oil, dimethyl silicone oil and liquid paraffin are used as oil agents, the effect of several oil removal agents on fabrics of nylon/spandex, polyester, cotton, acrylic fibers and viscose respectively are tested, respectively. The results show that the oil distribution on fabrics can be detected by this new evaluation method obviously, which is easy in operation and shows accurate results. However, it must be noted that for white mineral oil and viscose fabric, in order to desire better evaluation effect, rational curing temperature should be chosen when prepa- ration of oil drops.
