摘要
文中运用单因素分析和正交实验相结合的方法对芦荟纤维针织面料的染色工艺进行了分析,优化的染色工艺为:活性艳红KD-8B染料用量2%,碳酸钠的用量20 g/L,元明粉的用量40 g/L,染色温度60℃,上染时间40 min,固色温度95℃,固色时间60 min,浴比1:20。色牢度测试结果显示,经最优工艺染色后,芦荟纤维针织面料的耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐洗色牢度均较好,达到4级以上。
Dyeing process of aloe fiber knitted fabrics is analyzed by using single factor method and orthogonal experiment method together in this article. The founded optimum dyeing conditions are: 2% dosage of Reactive Brilliant Red KD-8D, 20 g/L dosage of sodium carbonate, 40 g/L dosage of anhydrous sodium sulphate, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 40 minutes, and fixation at 95℃ for 60 minutes the bath ratio is 1:20. The results show that after aloe fiber knitted fabrics dyed by the optimum dyeing process, their color fastness to rubbing, to perspiration and to washing are better, reaching lever four or above.
