摘要
使用自制低温染色助剂WL对羊毛进行了活性染料低温染色研究,确定了最佳染色工艺条件,分析了低温染色工艺对羊毛纤维及其纱线性能的影响。结果显示,最佳低温染色工艺条件为:低温染色助剂WL用量2.0%,染色温度85℃,染色时间60 min,pH值4.0;此低温染色工艺明显降低了羊毛纤维的损伤,提高了羊毛纤维断裂强力约5.4%、断裂伸长率约13.1%;另外,此低温工艺染色后的毛条相比于常规工艺染色后的毛条在多项指标上具有明显优势,纺成的细纱纱线条干均匀,断裂强力及断裂伸长率均明显好于常规染色方法的。
Abstract:In this paper, low temperature dyeing auxiliary agent WL which is self-developed is used in the low temperature dyeing process of reactive dyes for wools, the optimum process and its effect on wool performance and on wool spinning properties are analyzed. The results show that the optimum low temperature dyeing conditions are: dosage of low temperature dyeing auxiliary agent WL is 2.0% under 85℃ for 60 minutes, and pH value is 4.0. It is also found that after dyeing by the low temperature process, damage to wools decreases, with wools breaking strength enhancing about 5.4% and breaking elongation improving about 13.1%. Besides, it points out that wool tops possess more advantages after being dyed by low temperature process than dyed in conventional conditions, and the yarn evenness is improved, meanwhile, breaking strength and breaking elongation of spun yarns become higher.
